Pete Doherty de The Libertines levanta sobre sus hombros al baterista, Gary Powell, en el Reading and Leeds Fest

The Libertines ofreció su show al final de Reading and Leeds festival, realizado el pasado 30 de agosto.

El concierto sorprendió a todos los asistentes al evento cuando el baterista, Gary Powell, se subió en los hombros de Pete Doherty.

Esta sorpresa se dio mientras la banda interpretaba la canción ‘We’ll Meet‘ junto a un telón que traía el logotipo de la banda. Sin duda, el tema fue perfecto para cerrar este festival de tres días.

El concierto ofrecido por The Libertines, arrancó con la canción «Horror Show”. La agrupación también interpretó temas como ‘Vertigo’ y ‘The Delaney’ , así como su famosa canción lanzada en el año 2004 ‘Can not Stand Me Now’.

En medio de la canción ‘The Delaney’, Pete Doherty le gritó a la multitud: «¿Libertines llamando Berkshire ¿Hay alguien ahí?”.

Después de tocar la canción ‘Campaign Of Hate’, Doherty y Barat arrancaron a tocar ‘Time For Heroes‘ y se la dedicaron a un «amigo ausente quién perdió la vida«.
